Once you have placed an order with us, our team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once your order has been placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel your order, so please make sure your order is correct before the final checkout stage.

Unfortunately we only offer personalisation on the set range of products you currently see on the website. However we are working hard to expand this range so stay tuned!

Your card may be declined for a number of reasons: the card has expired; you are over your credit limit; the card issuer sees suspicious activity that could be a sign of fraud; or a hotel, rental car company,or other business placed a block (or hold) on your card for the estimated total of your bill.

Once your order has been placed, it can take up to 1 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched due to the personalisation process. Once dispatched, please expect delivery within the below time frames dependent on where in the world you are;

All Countries – 3-40 working days

Please be assured that some tracking details will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates.

If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with our Customer Service team with your order details. Please make sure to send us your order number so we can investigate your order status for you.
