This is a digital service. No physical item will be shipped. Once your embroidery file is ready, it will be delivered directly to your registered email address or via the download link provided in your account. Delivery time usually takes 1-3 business days depending on the image complexity.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the final embroidery file has been delivered. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with the file or need minor adjustments, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase if work has not yet started. Returns/Exchanges: Since these are custom-made digital files based on your specific images, returns or exchanges are not applicable. Please ensure you provide a high-quality image for the best results.
